Registration Info

Same deal as last year: There's a limited number of people we can have on the property (30), so we have to have a formal registration process to ensure we don't overbook, and to ensure we collect the "registration fees" from everyone. Here is the registration schedule:

Friday, May 11
General registration opens! The first 30 people to submit their registration form are reserved, but your spot is not guaranteed until paid in full. Registrants over the 30 alloted will be placed on a waiting list in the order registered should someone drop off.

Friday, June 1
Payment must be received by 5pm PDT via cash, check or PayPal. Any unpaid registrations will be relinquished to the first people on the waiting list.

Fees
Regardless of where you sleep, your registration fee gets you all the good stuff in addition to a great, relaxing weekend.
Bedroom in the house = $260
   - ($130 per person, 2 private bedrooms available)
Semi-private room in the house = $200
   - ($100 per person, room is a pass-through for the sleeping loft)
Sleeping loft in the house (kickin' it summer camp) = $100 per person
   - (1 queen, 2 twins, 2 double futons, room for an inflatable mattress)
Camping (tent or car) = $85 per person

Refunds
- We know things come up and you may not be able to make it after you have paid. Let us know if this happens before June 8^th and we'll get your money back. We'll have already purchased most of the supplies by then, so we'll work to find someone to fill your place. If we can't, we won't be able to refund after June 9.

Other Registration Info
- Bedrooms and loft spaces are available on a first-registered, first-served basis. If you would like a bed but miss out registering for one, you will be notified should someone drop out.
